Position Summary:
The Compensation Consultant assists clients with various HR duties.
- Assist in the resolution of employee queries and issues.
- May assist in the implementation of HR programs and processes for client. Individuals have limited authority in implementing HR programs, and are subject to client policies and procedures.
- Incumbents typically have two to four years of related experience.
- Mid-level individual contributor.
- Incumbents work independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direction of senior staff on complex projects and analyses.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 or more years related experience.
Work Traits:
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

- Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
