The Support Services Team is responsible for processing various transactions for RPS branches nationwide.
Position Summary:
- As a Support Services Supervisor, you will be tasked with motivating and leading the coaching and development and delivery of training for account representatives
- Will be primarily responsible for people management and service delivery in addition to understanding operational requirements, researching best practices, assist with the design and implementation of new processes and tools with a team of 10-15 Operations Support staff
- Prepare MIS reports
- Assist with procedure creation, implementation, and auditing
- Reference multiple systems for underwriting and workflow information with high attention to detail
- Supply process improvement ideas and handle other duties as assigned
Desired:
- Industry license / certifications preferred
- Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks
- 1 years of experience directly supervising a team.
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Required:
- Associates degree; 5 or more years related experience required.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial insurance brokerage business.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
