Job Title: Operations Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:

Gallo Mechanical is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to work in a fast-paced office environment. The Operations Administrator is responsible to provide general administrative support in all areas of Operations.

The ideal applicant must be professional, enthusiastic, a team player, and a self-starter. The ideal candidate will have experience as an office/administrative assistant and should possess strong client service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support Duties:

• Providing administrative support to managers as needed
• Operations Paperwork including but not limited to:
• Write ups

• Subcontracts

• Change Orders

• Billings

• Purchase Orders

• Completing special projects as assigned
• Assist Project Managers as assigned

IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
**

• Strong proficiency in the use of Excel spreadsheets, as well as other accounting software.
• Tech savvy/computer literate with experience with Office Suite (Word and Excel a must)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management
• Very clear understanding of Privacy and Confidentiality
