We are excited to announce that our firm continues to grow and expand, including our appellate practice group. In this regard, we are currently seeking an associate with 1-4 years of experience to help our growing practice with the researching, drafting, and arguing of dispositive motions and appeals in the various Trial and Appellate Courts of the State of New York.
Qualified candidates: must possess excellent writing, analytical, and legal research skills, must have experience drafting appellate briefs and dispositive motions, and they must have the ability to work in collaboration with the other members of the appellate practice group.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a strong work ethic and a clear interest in appellate and dispositive motion practice. The candidate also must be admitted to practice law in New York.
