Come be our *first ever* Store Manager in Rockford! Our Store Managers have fun at work everyday and are highly self-motivated to grow their slice of the business. Our managers provide hands-on hobby guidance to all of those who want to discover, explore, and learn about the worlds of Warhammer.
We are looking for someone to bring a ton of energy and excitement to our space. If you can light up a room, want to have fun at work, and if you find personal joy in engaging with new people, we want to talk to you.
As a Store Manager, you will provide exciting and engaging hobby activities to all our customers by running tabletop gaming demos, teaching painting classes, and by inspiring them to dive into new aspects of the worlds of Warhammer. You will make it your priority to lead everyone who enters the store through a memorable and positive customer experience, effectively assessing each customer's wants and needs.

Useful information:
- This job is for a single staffed retail store. As a single staffed store manager you work alone and you are, effectively, treated like you run your own business. Your attitude will determine the success in your local community.
- The store manager will be responsible for making decisions to sustainably grow their store. We provide you with guidelines, tailored training, and access to a wide variety of support to allow you to do this effectively.
- You generally work a fixed, 5-day, 40 hour-per-week schedule with 2 consecutive days off.
