GENERAL SUMMARY:
The primary duties of this position will be to deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Keno and Bingo computerized systems, software, hardware, and other gaming products the company may offer.
The key responsibilities of the System Technology Specialist involve the orchestration of all tasks associated with system configuration, deployment, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to computerized systems tailored for Keno and Bingo. The System Technology Specialist also plays a critical role in the validation and quality assurance of newly developed Keno and Bingo software solutions. This includes systematic testing and assessment of the software products to ensure reliability, functionality, and compliance with established standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation of Keno and Bingo hardware and/or software systems.
- Maintaining or repairing various types of computer equipment utilized for gaming software.
- Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues and working with clients to resolve internal connectivity issues
- Setting up security measures as required for deployment of gaming software.
- Configuration of client computer networks in preparation for install
- Provides on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of system problems for end-users, and recommends and implements corrective solutions, including on-site, off-site, via phone or email repair for remote users as needed.
- Serving existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
- Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Respond to user questions and explain the operation of all company products.
- Delivers consistent and reliable top-tier customer service to our clients.
- Participates in collaboration with both the Product Manager and Sales Team to ensure open lines of communication as it relates to products being developed and those already deployed in the field.
- Assist in the maintenance of standards and documentation.
- Required to be scheduled for on call shifts.
- Maintain work areas for cleanness and safety
- Will be required to complete Bingo reviews in timely manner
- Required to maintain company issued equipment, phone, laptop, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic computer repair and troubleshooting experience.
- Basic networking experience.
- Must be able to travel out of state and work any schedule as needed.
- Must be 21 or over.
- Valid driver's license with clean DMV driving record.
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration card.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years' work-related experience or associate degree in related field.
This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures with computers, hardware, and electronics as well as experience with electronics troubleshooting, analyzing information, judgment, client relationships, equipment maintenance, reporting skills, confidentiality, quality focus, results driven, supply management, and communication.

- Participates in company health and safety programs and complies with all company OSHA policies and procedures.
- Follows all lawful employer safety and health rules.
- Wears and / or uses Personal Protective Equipment, when entering designated areas.
- Report hazardous conditions to management.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in various casinos where walking, sitting, bending, reaching, talking, hearing and good vision is required. May be required to lift to 25 lbs.
