Job Description:
- Handle incoming customer service emails and phone calls. Help to fulfill requests by providing desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
- Assist customers with questions and concerns related to their orders
- Enter sales orders into system and verify that all data is accurate
- Coordinate sales orders with Production teams and ensure that ordered products are delivered on time
- Daily communication and follow up with the warehouse about priority orders
- Ensure constant communication and contact with client/customer for updates on shipments and deliveries
- Partner and assist Sales team needs with availability and updates on order status
- Sells additional merchandise by recognizing opportunities to up-sell customers; help to supply alternative suggestions if sub options are needed
- Collect customer information and analyze market needs. Communicate information to cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- College degree preferred
- Must have great communication skills both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, problem solver with a drive to succeed
- Must excel with organization and follow through
- Ability to retain product and process knowledge
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
