What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Manager position at Garda Capital Partners?
Garda is looking for an HR Manager to play an integral role in the coordination & management of key HR initiatives including talent management, performance management, employee engagement/recognition, training and development, and compensation.
Additional responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for leading standard HR activities including compensation & performance reviews, employee onboarding/off boarding, benefits enrollment, and recruiting
- Manage 3rd party relationships with key HR service providers and oversee their activities
- Responsible for managing & producing HR related (personnel, compensation, performance...etc) data, analytics and reports
- Responsible for managing and updating HR related documents (policies, procedures, employee handbooks…etc)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience working in human resources function
- Excellent attention to detail, organization & multi-tasking skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Skilled with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, other software
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact
- Knowledge of employment law practices
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
