DUTIES OF SECURITY GUARD:
- Report to security room to monitor alarm systems
- Operate computer and phone while providing security at the front desk
- Respond to door alarms in a quick manner
- Make scheduled tours
- Confront unauthorized persons for questioning
- Respond to emergency calls from residents
QUALIFICATIONS OF SECURITY GUARD:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a security guard position preferred
