The Position:
We're looking for a detailed oriented and personable Scheduler to assist our Nursing team to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing to meet the needs of our guests/residents/Kupuna. Responsibilities include:
- Receives call offs and fills schedule as needed.
- Ensure nursing staff receives required scheduled hours. Minimize or eliminate OT hours.
- Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars.
- Complete monthly nursing schedule by coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units as specified by the staffing structure.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications preferred.
