Responsibilities
An ancillary lead food preparation employee who performs a variety of cooking responsibilities for patient, residents, cafeteria and special functions. Is responsible for food preparation, cooking, menu planning, recipe development, sanitation, and training of relief cooks.
Qualifications
Minimum 1year institutional food production and cooking or equivalent.
Education/Experience:
Ability to read, speak, write and follow written and oral instructions. For positions as First Cook and Second Cook, Associate Degree or Certificate from a accredited institution.
