A Project Manager position in Phoenix, AZ is available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous project management experience in Heavy Civil Water Utility Construction. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Managing cost and WIP projections
Managing job site supervisory personnel
Planning and scheduling the project
Developing and maintaining owner relations
Negotiating and purchasing materials
Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations
Managing project costs
Overseeing labor projections
Contract negotiation and administration WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
7-10 years of construction experience LET'S TALK THE PERKS
Starting Wage - $120,000
Monthly Vehicle Allowance of $1,110 with gas card
