Our Opry Mills Mall location is looking for full & part time sales representatives! In addition to hourly wages, our representatives make GREAT daily tips ($50-$200) and sales commissions on retail products which lead to MONTHLY GIFTS (Bowling, Top Golf, Ruth Chris etc.) for TOP SALES REPS! Great money, fun environment and room for advancement!
Position Overview:
MANAGER: $19/hr, SPA REPS: $13/hr
- Discuss Garra Spa products and services with potential guests, and attempt to sell products and services to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Ensure appropriate waivers and disclosures are signed and maintained according to
- company policy
- Instruct guests on the proper use of equipment to prevent injury or damage to person or equipment
- Build rapport with guests and create the “Experience” by providing interesting information and facts, asking questions, and maintaining guest satisfaction while they’re in the tanks/spa
- Maintain a positive, upbeat, and smiling demeanor while on company time
- Obtain payment from guests for services and products according to company policy
- Assist Manager in maintaining appropriate supply levels
- Qualified candidates should demonstrate an exemplary work ethic and possess:
- A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Sales experience a Plus!
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
