Gastro Health is currently looking for an enthusiastic full-time Telephone Operator to join our team!

Our Front Desk Clerks interact with patients daily, and they provide valuable customer service to our patients by scheduling, rescheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments. Our Gastro Health family can go home at the end of the day knowing they made a positive difference in our patients’ lives.
Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:
- Provide telephonic support for our patients: routing calls, taking messages and setting appointments.
- Coordinate all aspects of hospital consult calls.
- Manage patient requests (confirmations, follow-ups, appointment setting, etc.) and maintain maximum scheduling efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 years experience with multi-line telephone system preferred
- Medical terminology knowledge required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
