The Marketing Liaison is responsible for managing the marketing activities for the continued development and commercial support of Gateway Regional Medical Center.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop marketing insights and strategic marketing plans to fulfill Clinical Business Segment priorities.
- Drive execution through collaboration with Customer and Regional Marketing teams.
- Liaise with Specialty Sales and participate in Sales Training.
- Own GRMC specific call points, build out value props, messaging and relevant marketing plans as needed
- Track market trends and derive competitive strategy and differentiation by product type
- Identify region-specific product opportunities and work with regional marketing to assess/address them
- Sales support content around specific solutions
- Inform product training
- Support Clinical Business Segment to conduct market need / customer validation analysis by customer type
- Report progress of marketing plans to Clinical Business Segment
- Drive re-balancing of priorities to meet unexpected needs of Clinical Business Segment
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop product messaging and sales collateral
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders to ensure successful adoption and evolution of clinical services
- Develop reimbursement strategy for clinical services
- Perform market segmentations analysis, competitor analysis, and provide pricing recommendations
- Provide accurate marketing forecasts
- Identify unmet customer needs and support development of short and long-range strategies for product expansion
- Train and support the field organization to ensure accomplishment of the annual revenue plan
- Build and manage the clinical marketing team
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- Minimum 5 years as a Nurse Practitioner / Demonstration of clinical competence
- Graduation from Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree Nursing Program.
- Must have knowledge of Growth and Development and show clinical expertise for ages of patients served.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of strategic marketing leadership
- 5 years leading or managing a team
- Account management experience, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
- Proven success in the development of strategic marketing plans tied to business goals and execution of innovative integrated marketing campaigns
- Proven success managing multiple agency and external vendor relationships

- Experience with reimbursement strategy
- Track record of successful product/service launches
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and present a strong business case

Salary : $53,600 - $67,900
