Sales/Design Consultant

Gatsby Glass offers sophisticated interior glass solutions to homeowners and businesses. As a Sales Design Consultant you will use your strong listening and communication skills, intellectual capital, and a sales driven mindset to present innovative solutions to prospective customers. We will provide you a full suite of creative lead-generating tools and techniques. You bring the passion to close the sale and the drive to exceed goals.

Compensation:

· From: $50,000 base uncapped sales commissions bonus plan

Work Location:

· Main office Belton, MO; traveling to locations through Jackson and Cass Counties, MO

Responsibilities:

• Relationship building, networking, cold calling, canvasing, and meeting with prospective clients when needed.

• Answering new and existing customers' phone calls while following sales processes.

• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.

• Performs customer instruction on various glass components and functionality.

• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.

• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.

• Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met.

• Maintain constant communication between all departments on current work orders.

• Ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.

• Manage and maintain daily reporting.

• Complete other projects, as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have 5 years of experience in sales within the home services space.

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.

• Working knowledge of common computer software including but not limited to: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a pre-employment screening.

• Very detail oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including and understanding of basic grammar and writing.

• Strong work ethic, high energy, positive attitude, and forward thinking.

• Strong team player and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
