About the Role About The Job. The Go-To-Market (GTM) Marketing team ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution by providing business and data-driven assessments of our customer base while supporting business development with ongoing customer engagements. The team will act as a central hub to align strategic company priorities with effective day-to-day execution and make sure objectives are met in the most efficient way. As a GTM Manager, you will serve as key partner and point of contact for our global execution plan and will work through the organization to ensure business development, strategy, product and marketing and comms activities are aligned and communicated. Responsibilities: Act as the GTM partner to drive and ensure optimal implementation of our global execution plan alongside ongoing market assessment, customer segmentation Help define the global annual GTM strategy and identify high impact initiatives applicable for the regions Drive the creation of customer centered stories that fill the gap between customer needs and SWIFT products and services Develop customer insights by leveraging analytics, return on investment/financial modeling and statistical analysis Maintain internal sales toolkits, customer case studies and thought leadership pieces Build strong internal relationships by clearly communicating findings and recommendations to regional leadership and beyond Engage and collaborate with a wide range of partners across Product, Sales, Marketing & Comms to ensure alignment across company KPIs and operational milestones Lead and organize presentations, internal engagements and working groups Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience At least 5 years prior experience in go-to-market, consulting or relationship management Experience in banking / payments Proven ability to lead complex initiatives while working in a multi-cultural matrixed organization Ability to move from detail to executive level strategy by leveraging business acumen with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to write well and translate complex issues into simple language that non-experts can understand Experience working and managing senior stakeholders Understanding of analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, statistical analysis and data visualization tools is considered an advantage (Ex: MicroStrategy, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau CRM, etc.) Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and the skills to prioritize within a rapidly changing environment Additional languages are beneficial What we offer We put you in control of career We give you a competitive package We help you perform at your best We help you make a difference We give you the freedom to be yourself We give you the freedom to be yourself.
