Site Construction Manager

GCC offers a very competitive benefits program including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability insurance plans, and a 401K.   What you will do: Cement manufacturing company in Odessa, Texas has opening for a Site Construction Manager.  Position entails managing civil construction projects in the field, promoting, and maintaining the highest civil construction standard practices within quality, cost, and time, and provide support in problem solutions and keeping continuous improvement in all civil construction projects. Some duties include coordinating civil construction contractors, contracting and budgeting control for civil works, programming of construction projects and lead field supervisors, overseeing quality control and safety requirements for civil works, execute and create work plans and revisions as appropriate to meet requirements.   Experience and abilities you will need: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required, as well as ten years of experience as a Civil Engineer and at least two years in cement processing and concrete silo construction.   You will love working here because: At GCC, employees are our most important resource.
