- The Digital Copy Editor/Compliance Process Lead will play an essential role in ensuring content quality and compliance as a member of the Digital Experience Solutions team’s Content Strategy & Copywriting Chapter.
Role summary:
* The Digital Compliance Process Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Timely assessment and submission of content projects into the legal and compliance review and approval process
- Coordinating, tracking and expediting copy through the legal and compliance review and filing process
- Consistent and timely communication with project owners and stakeholders about status, action required and risks, as identified by legal and compliance reviewers
- Establishing and evolving processes for content creation and maintenance to ensure content meets all legal and regulatory requirements
- Finding ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and increase our capacity to deliver quality content in rapid and repeatable ways
- Creating and delivering training for copywriters and digital content strategists on compliance and content processes
- Remaining current on legal, regulatory and compliance requirements for digital content, and educating digital stakeholders accordingly
Role essentials:
- 3–5 years digital copy editing and digital content process management experience
- Strong detail orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word suite and SharePoint
- Experience using editorial style manuals, such as AP Stylebook
- Experience managing content processes within a regulated industry
- Experience building relationships and working with team members in other locations
- Ability to interact with all levels of teammates, associates and technical resources
- Strong communication, project management and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Self-motivated, comfortable leading initiatives where ambiguity exists
Role desirables:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or Project Management
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® a strong plus
- Experience learning new tools and technologies and adjusting processes accordingly
- Experience in regulated industry
- Experience in wellness and/or healthcare
- Experience in an Agile workstyle.
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $42.00 - $48.52 per hour
