Qualifications:
Education
- BA or BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 4 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management, Organizational Development or Talent Development
- 2 years working with Talent Management or HRIS software is a plus Experience:
- Experience in the design, development and deployment of talent management programs and processes including performance management, employee engagement, talent review, is a plus
- Experience developing communication and education materials is a plus
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Demonstrated soft skills, including experience in facilitation, diplomacy, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent level communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
Seeking a Talent Management Specialist who can contract with a dynamic Talent Management team on a variety of processes and initiatives such as from performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews and talent technology. Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in the design, development, implementation and execution of talent management programs and initiatives that drive desired outcomes, increase employee productivity, development and engagement.
- Prepares and maintains a variety of written documentation, to include processes, stand operating procedures, tracks action items and status, presentations, training or job aids and develops and/or facilitates training on talent related topics and talent systems.
- Provides support to HR Business Partners, and Team Members in the business for talent management programs and technology, addressing questions process and end user support requests in a timely and professional manner, when needed. Also participates in talent system testing when needed.
- Assists in measuring and assessing the impact of Talent Management processes and providing talent reports and analytics.
- Participates in the drafting of communication and training plans for Talent Management processes and initiatives as well as the creation of supporting materials. Pulls reports to obtain employee communication lists.
- Updates and maintains talent management performance support materials and Sharepoint sites.
- Assists in measuring and assessing the impact of Talent Management processes – provides talent reports analytics. Enter talent data into systems when needed.
- Participates in the drafting of communication and training plans for Talent Management processes and initiatives as well as the creation of supporting materials.
- Participates in other related projects and initiatives as needed.
