About the position
· Manages front desk for our corporate office in Dallas, TX
· Manages travel arrangements for staff including flights and accommodations
· Schedules meetings and manages calendar for the CTO
· Provides administrative support to the CTO
· Prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates conference room schedules and greet clients prior to meeting
· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
· Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring sign-in sheet
· General administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.
· Maintain office and operation of equipment including office supplies, kitchen, facilitation of repairs
· Assist with catering for meetings
Requirements
· High school diploma
· Experience managing calendars
· Valid driver’s license
· Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
· Ability to engage and communicate effectively with employees and customers
