As part of the Maintenance and Facilities Team in Muskegon, the Maintenance Systems and Projects Specialist supports Maintenance Systems Improvement and Asset Performance Improvement through execution of projects tied to site-wide business priorities. Requires mastery of a range of CNC machining platforms, Maintenance Management Systems, and project leadership tools.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive projects that improve and sustain asset performance.
- Effectively monitor and leverage machine data to identify actions and projects that support continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with a broad range of cross functional teams to support and lead improvement efforts, project execution and technology development.
- Establish expertise to interface with and improve existing Maintenance Management Systems.
- Directly support effectiveness and development of the Maintenance Team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience) in Engineering or Industrial Technology field.
- 5 years of work experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment including CNC controlled machinery and equipment.
