Job Description Summary
The Sr. Staff Architect – IDM will leverage deep technology, process, and domain expertise as part a team building and implementing new Identity and Access Management solutions to enable GE Aerospace’s separation. This candidate will be responsible for partnering with Identity teams in Aerospace & Corporate as well as the Aerospace DT CIO organizations to influence and deliver the strategy and product roadmap of future Identity & Access Management for GE Aerospace.The focus of this role will be to manage the design and implementation of a Saviynt’s Identity Governance & Administration solution for GE Aerospace with seamless integration to other IAM and business solutions and monitoring tools. This role requires in-depth IDM knowledge and prior experience implementing Saviynt, Sailpoint, or a similar IDM product.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Have a strong understanding of the business processes and underlying controls for the IGA solutions including:
Identity lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver)
Automated access request workflows
Provisioning / deprovisioning of accounts / entitlements
Segregation of duties (SoD)
Access review / certification campaigns
Analytics / reporting / monitoring
Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Creates and optimizes specifications and design patterns for complex technology integrations.
• Guides IGA technology architecture design review efforts for project and product teams.
Creates and enforces process standards.
• Lead technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction across multiple teams or product line.
• Guides the creation of scripts and tools that drive automation and enable product teams and end users to move towards self-service
• Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
• Provides leadership, technology guidance and mentors others throughout the domain.
• Support execution team with resolution of technical roadblocks and interdependencies.
• Proactively views articles, tutorials, and videos to learn about new technologies and best practices being used within other innovative organizations.
• Be the architect on a team responsible for implementation Saviynt’s IGA and other solutions for GE Aerospace.
Desired Characteristics & Technical Experience:
• Proficient at developing Identity Access Governance architectures, at enterprise scale, across multiple datacenters using tools such as Saviynt or Sailpoint.
• Proficient in Access Management and Privilege Access Management principles and best practices.
• Experience implementing modern integrations to support compliance, and Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes within tools such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Able to develop custom connectors for managing endpoints for full identity lifecycle management as well as modifying out of box connectors to complex systems
• Effective at working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern architecture & engineering team.
• Experience with design, implementation of publication of design specifications for Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with integrating Identity with Cloud/SaaS providers (eg, Azure, AWS, Workday, Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience with other IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP Directories, CyberArk, Ping Identity Suite, Radiant Logic, etc.
• Experience with mentoring and guiding highly technical engineers.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, SOX, CCPA, CMMC, DFARS, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP.

Required Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
