Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Sales Support: Assist Frontline Sales Representatives in qualifying leads and selling digital solutions across various industries in the US and Canada.
- Customer Requirements Analysis: Use your technical expertise to understand customer needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly.
- Collaboration & Development: Work closely with GEA Digital Units to identify pilot customers and steer co-development projects.
- Digitalization Ambassador: Strengthen the digital literacy of our sales organization as an ambassador of the GEA Academy.
- Market Intelligence: Systematically collect market intelligence to identify new sales opportunities.
- Proposal & Quotation Management: Draw up comprehensive proposals and quotations, covering all technical and commercial aspects tailored to specific customer requirements.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Develop and lead compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Sales Planning & Management: Develop comprehensive sales plans and implement a structured sales management process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field Required.
- 3-5 years of experience driving digitalization in a B2B industrial environment, with hands-on experience in IoT and cloud solutions.
- Ability to Travel a minimum of 70% within U.S and Canada
- LEAN Startup and entrepreneurial mindset with a methodical approach to driving change and progress.
- Deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences and facilitate training.
- Business acumen to develop and drive new business models for recurring revenue.
