Description
Bicycle store manager, must have retail experience and a strong work ethic. Other skills desired but not required, bookkeeping, Inventory controls, and mechanical abilities.
Must be a self starter. Work would be 5 days a week with Saturday being one of them. Good pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Monitor and maintain inven tory levels, ensuring adequate stock for customer needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and managing store budgets
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks
Requirements:
- Must be self starter and handle responsibilites well.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation
- Solid math skills for handling cash transactions and managing store finances
