Title of Position: Innkeeper

Job Description: The Innkeeper is responsible for managing the operations of the Inn, including providing excellent customer service and ensuring all guests have an outstanding stay. The Innkeeper needs to be highly organized, goal-oriented, and has experience in the hospitality industry. The Innkeeper will be responsible for daily operations, checking guests in/out, overseeing housekeeping staff, resolving customer complaints, scheduling repairs/maintenance as needed, inventory management, developing strategies to maximize profitability, monitoring guest reviews and responding to any feedback from guests or visitors in a timely fashion. Additionally, they will ensure safety regulations are respected while leading a team of housekeepers and other staff members as needed.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred for the Innkeeper
• The Innkeeper is required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of inn/hotel operations is required for the Innkeeper
• The Innkeeper must be comfortable leading, delegating tasks, and motivating a team
• Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills are required for the Innkeeper
