Title of Position : Restaurant General Manager
Job Description : The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for maintaining quality restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the restaurant's success while acting as a role model and displaying professional conduct toward customers and staff.
The Restaurant General Manager oversees upgrading operations and maintaining quality products and service according to company standards and policies, including overseeing P&L.
Our Restaurant General Manager will also play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting outstanding team members as well as their retention.

Qualifications
- High volume experience of 5 years as a Restaurant General Manager in fast casual or QSR is necessary for this position

- The Restaurant General Manager must live by a guest-oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
- The Restaurant General Manager may be required to work nights / weekends / holidays
