As a Deal Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of sales and lease transactions.
Deal Administrator Responsibilities
- Process and review sales and lease paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and dealership requirements.
- Verify all financial and contractual information provided by customers and sales representatives.
- Calculate and verify sales taxes, registration fees, and other applicable charges.
- Communicate with finance institutions to secure funding and finalize deals.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless completion of vehicle sales and lease transactions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all sales and lease documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to deals and contracts.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.

Qualifications
Deal Administrator Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Previous experience in a dealership setting, deal processing, or automotive administration is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive financing and legal regulations is advantageous.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
