Summary


We are hiring a Sitecore Practice Lead to help grow the business and maintain client relationships and technology needs. This role will require extensive team building, managing relationships with established accounts, participating in business development initiatives and providing solutions, architecture and development on projects, as needed.

 

This role is responsible for assessing our client needs and delivering the latest technologies, best practices and standards. The Sitecore Practice Lead will develop, maintain, and integrate Sitecore solutions, including unit testing and implementation efforts. This position will also assist with sourcing new clients and rolling out new software.  Technical Leads provide solutions to technical issues and are responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the specifications and design requirements.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform updates to existing codebases that can be easily understood and maintained.
  • Design, develop and test web applications with Sitecore CMS, as well as other technologies.
  • Interact directly with clients to review requirements, manage project delivery and obtain deliverable feedback.
  • Work effectively and maintain constant communication with other developers, Sales force and CTO.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in application development or technology management
  • 3 years dedicated hands-on experience using Sitecore CMS 7.0 .
  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in related field from an accredited institution
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to manage/lead groups of people and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
  • Sitecore certification preferred
