GGG is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team as the front-facing person for the Camerican division in our Paramus, NJ office. In the role, you will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to visitors and help maintain an efficient workplace.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet/welcome visitors upon arrival and direct/escort them to the appropriate person/location
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries (back up)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Assist in vendor relationship management
- Monitor conference room calendars; schedule conference rooms as needed; set up and clean; ensure IT equipment is ready for use
- Help organize and support office events
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Order office meals when required; coordinate food deliveries
- Perform clerical support tasks
- Ensure public office spaces are clean and well maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school degree
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office or similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Customer service oriented
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
