What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tool Room Bench Hand position at Gemini Group, Inc.?
$500 Sign-on bonus
Full-Time
What this work looks like:
- Promotes safety awareness, educates, and enforces all safety rules throughout the plant with the goal set at zero plant related injuries.
- Fabricate tooling components for blow molds and trim tools.
- Build and repair various production related equipment (worktables, chutes, etc.)
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on mold and secondary tooling.
- Cut and Square material for CNC, Mold, and Trim Departments.
- Assist R & D and Production with sample runs.
- Assist with Production Line Tooling Changeovers.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
- Follow all QMS and EMS policies, procedures and work instructions.
- General Housekeeping: keep work area clean and organized at all times per the 5-S Standard.
Skills needed to win:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Motor coordination, manual & finger dexterity
- Mechanical or Manufacturing Experience
