A Little Bit About Who We Are Looking For

Gemini is looking for a Business Analyst who lives in California and can travel to Rocklin CA on short notice or on occasion. Ideally, you would be local to the Greater Sacramento area. If you are passionate about learning, enjoy high levels of collaboration, and want to work for a company where you can impact change this role may be for you. Those with SQL knowledge is a huge plus that Gemini would love to have fulfilled. 

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience can be used in place of a degree
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills
• LEAN principles, FlowChart processes, and Value Stream mapping and understanding are a plus
• Ability to analyze, think quickly, and resolve conflicts
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
• Strong organizational skills
• Must pass pre-employment screening
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
• Can be remote or hybrid with the ability to easily travel to the office on occasion

Knowledge

• Intermediate knowledge of macOS and/or Windows operating systems
• Google (G Suite) applications
• Software management tools including Jira, Github, and Rollbar
• Project management tools including Asana or equivalent
• Metabase or equivalent data analytics tools
• Design tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, or Whimsical
• Navigating browsers including, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox
• SQL is a plus
• LEAN business management knowledge is a plus
• HIPAA knowledge is a plus
• The ability to read and interpret legal documentation, including regulations and contracts is a plus. High levels of creativity, and problem identification including root cause analysis, logic, and solution ideation must be demonstrated
