About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees, preferably in the science or technology fields. The successful recruiter will collaborate with business unit managers on a regular basis to proactively identify future hiring needs. The successful recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources like social media networks and employee referrals. The recruiter is responsible for ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
This full-time position is located in our Lexington, MA office. Occasional regional travel may be required, less than 10% on an annual basis.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with hiring managers identify hiring needs of the organization and align these goals with the hiring strategy
- Organize and conduct interviews using a variety of reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to best serve applicants
- Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with applicants during the selection process and provide the highest level of support to applicants
Skills & Experience
You hold a bachelor’s in Business Administration, Psychology, or have equivalent proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate or agency environment, and a strong interest in IT, Bioinformatics, and the Life Science industry.
- Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting, including talent sourcing, and attracting top talents
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Customer-centric mindset with strong organizational skills
- Must be currently located in the U.S.
- Legal authorization to work on a full-time basis for any employer in the U.S. is required
