Major Position Responsibilities
Principal Business Performance Analyst will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of business process and reporting systems to develop and implement a repeatable process for monitoring, reporting and analysis. The position will be instrumental in forecast development tools for business cases and program control, using statistical, analytical, and programing techniques to understand key drivers in achieving target outputs.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with end users, subject matter experts, developers and management on continuous improvement projects related to forecasting, reporting, and automation.
- Develop diagnostic analytic tools, past performance, and process to determine what happened and why. Isolating all confounding information to identify an accurate cause-and-effect relationship
- Develop predictive analytics tool, developing statistical models and forecasting techniques used to predict likely scenarios of what might happen based on insights from system data.
- Develop descriptive analytic tools, mining, and aggregating data to track and report on business performance.
- Define business requirements, process mapping, build and document design specifications.
- Prepare, map, validate and analyze data from various systems for system data conversions/migrations
- Develop, document, and implement training tools and supporting guides
- Perform test case and test scenario building, script development and test plan execution

Basic Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred: discipline/major in Business Administration, Engineering, of Information Systems
- 8-10 years experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abiliities:
- ERP and database experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fully proficient in MS Office Suite of programs
- Knowledge of IFS Finance preferred
- Experience with data visualisation principles and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop reporting material in a succinct visual manner
Critical Professional Related Skills:
- Proficient in SQL/Query skills required
- Proficient in general-purpose programming language (i.e., Python, C ) required
- Data visualisation experience
- Forecast and reporting tool development experience preferred
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Pay Range (USD)
$100k to $105kAdditional Compensation
Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Gain Sharing Program.Benefits
