Job Description Summary
This role is a part of the Separation Management Office supporting the transition from GE Corporate to GE Aerospace.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading aspects of the planning and implementing of multiple Learning large scale
transition efforts. The Learning Product Manager acts as the 'Voice of the Customer' and is responsible for the product
vision, strategy, and end-to-end value delivery across the learning product category. They work closely with the learning
COE team members and Digital Technology to coordinate development and management of a product roadmap. They
are accountable for the product from ideation through to design, build, deploy, operate, and retirement.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transitional, short and long-term detailed product vision based on learning strategies, Aerospace needs and create product roadmap(s) for transition and ultimate future strategy, working closely with the Learning COE and DT stakeholders
- Management of prioritized service changes, product backlog and product dependencies based on overall roadmap strategy, business priorities and customer/ end users' needs/readiness
- Research latest market trends in Learning Solutions with a view of continuous improvement and staying relevant
- Develop strong relationships with customers / end users to better understand their needs and how they can fulfilled through future product development
- Deliver continuous improvements through regular review of product performance reports on adoption rates, customer survey results, service performance metrics
- Ensure security compliance and risk-management across entire learning product category
- Participate in cross functional teams or projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience).
- Minimum of 5 years in Learning, HR or HR Technology.

- Ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex/technical concepts to the business stakeholder
- Ability to influence, advise and guide others through options and points of view
- Ability to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters
- Demonstrated skill in judgement to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems
- Experience in managing Learning systems
- Knowledge of product performance and experience applying relevant Agile Frameworks and methodologies
- Knowledge of product/software delivery lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
