Job Posting for Accounts Receivable Clerk at General Floor Industries

General Floor is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk located at their main office in Bellmawr, NJ. The general hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday with exception of rotating Wednesday evening hours 11:30 am – 8 pm. Hours during initial 60 day training period will be 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Essential Duties:

  • Answers Account Receivable phone inquiries
  • Contacts Customers for payments
  • Application and maintenance of customer credits on account
  • Maintain and process customer forms and requests
  • Processing of deposits and credit card payments
  • Provide excellent internal/external customer service and support
  • Create and maintain A/R reports, excel spreadsheets, invoices and statements
  • Special projects and other duties assigned as needed by management

Ideal Candidates are:

  • Comfortable talking on the phone
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Reliable and able to work a 7:00 am – 3:30 pm shift, Monday-Friday
  • Flexible to cover alternate shifts
  • Must have reliable transportation for bank and post office pick up
