Role Description:
This role will provide administrative support to The International Human XQM team and The Global Pet XQM Team to drive efficient management of critical supplier documentation; utilize systems efficiently (G-Gap, NCRMS, Tracegains, PLM, etc.), manage reporting and analytics needs and manage system-based projects to drive efficiencies in XQM business processes.
The role primarily interacts with XQM RCMs / Regional Auditors / Managers and GMI Suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
· Request / retrieve critical supplier documentation (3rd part audit reports, etc.) from GMI Vendors and upload in GMI Systems
· Upload / maintain critical GMI paperwork (FSMA documentation, SDSes, etc.)
· Send out Critical GMI documentation to GMI Vendors (Specifications, etc.)
· Review Vendor Metrics / Data for accuracy
· Maintain Vendor Account Information
· Update / Improve Reports, Reporting Tools, Dashboards, etc, used to manage vendor data
· Improve, Update, Develop and Document your standard work procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
· 2 years of related experience
· Data and analytics experience
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
· Salesforce programming experience (Reporting and Dashboard development)
· Preferred prior experience with local and remote / virtual teams
· Able to follow standard work and flex approach to quickly adapt to meet business needs
· Fluent in English (written and verbal)
· (if remote) able to travel to Mumbai on occasion
· Able to flex their schedule to connect with global teammates in other time zones
