Job Description This position is required to be onsite full time. This position coordinates classrooms, students, and instructor schedules. It also includes purchasing and receiving supplies and provisions for the students and the college support team, as well as supporting training activities. There will also be an opportunity for limited training facilitation. Accepting this role means accepting responsibility for the smooth operation of the college and the overall performance of the employees we train. Basic Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Manufacturing Plant floor experience Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Desire to teach others Self-driven to work hard, share new ideas, and be part of strong team Preferred Qualifications: 2 Years plant floor experience Business Manager or Planner experience Teaching or instructing experience Scope: Maximize resources to support an effective, efficient, and safe learning environment. Schedule all training related activities. Layout training plans for cohorts. Manage the simultaneous coordination of multiple cohorts. Direct the “when and where” for all student groups. Coordinate instructor schedules. Schedule classroom and lab usage. Coordinate travel to plants and suppliers, and extracurricular activities as required. Promote and track cross-training of instructors. Support the collection of feedback from students and leader reviews for continuous improvement. Support the creation of engaging learner activities that build confidence and understanding. Help maintain the cleanliness of the college and its capital resources. Replenish supplies and provisions for AMEC Main Campus Order, purchase, pick-up, or receive non-durable goods consumed by Main Campus personnel and students. Restock usage location for these goods. Limited instruction of non-technical training material Have or develop the skills necessary to lead training. Support the improvement or development of training material as necessary. Seek opportunities to create additional content that will benefit our student base. Additional Job Description Have plant experience to help convey experiences to our students. Work with team to seamlessly adapt to changes in training / support schedules. Actively promote a safe and inclusive learning environment Foster working relationships both within, and outside of, the Global Electrical Support Team.
