Essential Responsibilities:
Provide highly confidential administrative support for all HR functions
Perform a variety of general office support duties including making copies, faxing, scanning, and data entry
Organize, maintain, create, and update lists, files, and databases that may be sensitive and confidential
Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations
Assist with employee benefit and leave administration, worker's compensation, unemployment, and PFL/FMLA claims
Assist with recruiting and onboarding employees

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related field
1 year of administrative or human resources experience
Attention to detail
Flexible team player
