Base Salary: $35,000-$37,000 per year…. plus a bonus staffing program and weekend bonus for on-call!
The Scheduler will staff cases and provide administrative support to the owners and management team. Work side-by-side with our Recruitment and Retention Director and Community Care Liaison. We work in a team environment and support each other every step of the way. Our agency is forward looking and celebrates our business wins. In this role, you will be expected to:
· Assist with supporting our Caregivers in the field
· Set the staffing schedule for caregivers
· Build rapport and relationships with our staff, clients and referral sources
· First Impression Director for calls coming into the office
· Answer & triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
· Responsible for caregiver compliance with our ClearCare scheduling system and company policies
· Program lead for our Veteran Services – bonus program included
· Assist with other related administrative duties/projects, as assigned
· Play a key role in client and Caregiver retention
· Ensure consistent accuracy of database and file information for both caregivers and clients
· Collaborates with leadership team to accommodate client staffing needs
· Sends daily updates to Owners, Recruitment and Retention Director and Community Care Liaison
· Sharing the rotation of on-call 24/7 duties - schedule after business hours and weekends (Weekend Bonus Pay)
Skills/Qualifications:
· Prior scheduling/staffing experience, preferably with in home care or other healthcare related field
· Scheduling and tracking authorizations for VA home care programs is a huge plus!
· Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking sills
· High attention to detail
· Present in a professional manor
· Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
· Excels at customer service and has strong interpersonal skills
· Organized and able to work in a fast paced team environment
· Proven leadership and management experience and develops strong relationships with coworkers
· The ability to multi-task
· Proficiency in basic computer software programs
· Ability to work well independently and has strong operational skills
