Starting Pay: $18 plus tips

There is potential for overtime in our busy Spring and Summer months!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Work with the team as Move Supervisor until the job is finished; this is a working supervisor role
• Drive a box truck (CDL not required)
• Work in the San Antonio and surrounding areas, sometimes out of town
• Lead a team to prepare, load, move and unload household goods for our Senior clients
• Manage time for self and team
• Show up to work and work reliably
• Own a Valid Texas Drivers License and have a clean driving record, with reliable transportation

Ideal Candidates will:

• Have strong leadership skills
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and skill in moving techniques (we will train you!)
• Be flexible to the needs of our clients
• Handle changes with a positive attitude
• Have access to an email account and use various communication applications on cell phone
• Be on time and ready for work
• Have strong customer service skills, a caring heart and attention to detail
• Be polished, professional and organized in your work
• Ability to work long hours

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturdays
• Some overnight out-of-town jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:  

• Texas Driver’s License (Required)
