Position Details :
Facilities Associate- Stamford, CT
Location : Stamford, CT, 06905 (Onsite)
Project Duration : 3 months (Contract to hire)
Pay Rate : 22 / hr on W2
Job Summary
- MUST have MS applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.), facilities services experience, and customer service experience. Technical skills with audio visuals is a strong plus.
- 3 years Facility Services experience. Technical knowledge : Outlook, MS office, audio visual equipment, knowledge of security and badging systems.
- Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented. Communicate effectively in writing.
- Work with or contribute to a work group or team to complete assigned task(s).
- Plan, organize and prioritize time and workload in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
- Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
- Make a decision or solve a problem independently by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
