What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at GenerX Generators?
Growing generator company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Duties include but not limited to, answering incoming calls and emails from customers and other employees, coordinating scheduling installations, updating system, other responsibilities will be determined as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Capacity to multi-task and use multiple computer applications simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Strong team integration and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is a plus. Work schedule shall be at a minimum of Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM but extended hours are a clear common practice.
