Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor at Genesis Automotive Group located in Macomb, MI. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Monday to Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm
