Qualifications: Eligibility:
If not currently residing in the US:
All RNs currently residing outside of the United States must have passed their NCLEX or, will be testing soon, to be eligible.
If currently residing in the US:
All RN referrals currently residing in the United States must be either a current RN, or in the process of completing their RN degree.
