This position is Remote - Home Based
POSITION SUMMARY: The Recruiter is responsible for selecting and hiring the right candidate to fit an
open position in order to minimize turnover of gym level staff in support of Genesis Rehab Services'
strategic recruiting plan while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Implements full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating salary and hiring)
for Genesis Rehab Services' gym level positions.
2. Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
3. Manages all candidate and requisition activity in the recruiting management system.
4. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing
qualification to job requirements.
5. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers;
interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
6. Act as point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
7. Provides excellent customer service to the candidate and hiring manager throughout the hiring
process until hire is cleared to start.
8. Facilitates the defined recruiting processes.
9. Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
10. Conducts job fairs and events as assigned by the Director, Recruiting.
11. Demonstrates care and compassion to ensure that all internal and external customers consistently
receive the highest quality of service.
12. Shows respect and appreciation to others.
13. Works with a positive attitude demonstrating teamwork and enjoyment for the job.
14. Demonstrates focus and discipline in doing the best job possible.
15. Exhibits honest and integrity in all aspects of the job.
16. Must have excellent time management, organization and communication skills.
17. Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including but not
limited to those within the Compliance Process, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act
and HIPAA.
18. Participates in required orientation and training programs.
19. Promptly reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance to supervisor, Compliance
Liaison or to the Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline.
20. Cooperates with monitoring and audit functions and investigations.
21. Participates, as requested, in quality assurance and process improvement activities.
22. Participates in other duties as assigned.
