Responsibilities:
- Providing moderately complex research, reporting, and analytical support for the delivery of end-to-end support for Global Markets sales, trading, and underwriting business for securities, foreign exchange, fixed income, exchange traded derivatives, and over-the-counter derivatives across multiple Lines of Business
- Carrying out duties under general supervision and assisting teammates while following established procedures
- Expected to be a hands-on project manager supporting multiple workstreams
- This is a multi-disciplinary role that will require the successful candidate to take on numerous diverse responsibilities and will necessitate close partnership with senior business and technology managers
- Manage complex regulatory-driven technology projects across multiple technology, operations, and business units
- Managing multiple projects across multiple related technology teams
- Individual must be structured and disciplined in their project management approach, including adhering to all organizational requirements related to governance, project tracking, SDLC process, risk management, etc.
Requirements:
- Expert user of Jira- writing and refining stories
- Proficient user of relational databases (i.e., Toad or similar, Oracle db or similar, proficient in SQL)
- Familiarity with graph database technology (at least conceptually with a desire to learn)
- Conceptual understanding services layer technologies (e.g., ESBs, MULE, Kafka)- effectively capture requirements for development teams working on integrating platforms and migrating to new internal applications
- Can diligently adhere to Enterprise Change Management standards for documenting technology change in Jira
- AML/KYC and client/entity reference data subject matter expertise
- Understands the roles played by various teams in a bank
- Expert in working with and summarizing data for management
- Builds partnerships with development team leads and Enterprise Data Management
- Able to work independently to achieve outcomes
