Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, excel)
- Lead Agile ceremony meetings (DSU, grooming, release planning) and drive accountability with teammates
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and testing
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role
- 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment
- Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning concepts
- Experience with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools
