Dev10 is launching a new track for those interested in becoming a Scrum Master / IT Project Manager. Dev10 was created to provide an opportunity for those who want to break into the technology industry and our newest path develops the next generation of Scrum Masters. We believe in the unlimited potential of people, and most importantly, the unlimited potential in YOU!
After successfully completing training, you will be a Certified Scrum Master and understand how to successfully manage an Agile project team. A Scrum Master is a member of an Agile development team responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring the team follows the Agile principles and practices. They work closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Dev10 Agile Coaches will be along to support your onboarding for the first 3 months providing group coaching, lunch and learns, as well as private 1:1 coaching sessions to ensure your success.

What We Require
- Ability to work onsite in Newark, NJ
- Unlimited Work Authorization in the United States
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (all majors welcome)
