Summary:
The IT Asset Manager manages the operations of the IT asset and inventory management function. Manages the maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties and service agreements for hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
- End to End tracking and management of all IT assets
- Track IT assets using ITAM tool.
- Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware and software
- Strategize, monitor and record hardware assets and software assets licenses to ensure they comply with vendor EOL/EOS
- Provide Metric Information along with standardized and unscheduled reporting as per the managements demand
- Manage inventory of Cis and assets while ensuring any modifications, removals, and additions to the existing assets are recorded accurately by each department.
- Supervise and manage activities concerning license compliance audits.
- Ensure process efficiency by implementing key performance indicators while suggesting improvements to the process consistently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
- 5 Years of Asset Management; IT Operations
- IT Hardware and Software Knowledge
- Able to Identify, Assess and Quantify Risk
- 5 Years with ITAM tool.
- Strong Analytical and Verbal skills
- Detail Oriented
- Problem Solving
